Thoughts of soldier during war

I want to see my wife, my daughter.
But it`s impossible to do
I want to eat, to drink some water,
But there`s battle I`m going through.

Ignoring thoughts, ignoring pain,
Ignoring sorrows, blood and rain
I`m going through the death and fire,
Against heart and my desire

I want to live, I will survive
I hope in it, I love my life
One day I`ll throw my gun out
And I`ll sing, my voice is loud.

But now I have to win, to fight,
I won`t give up, my hope is bright!
I`m depressed and acerbated
But I`ll win, I know I`ll get it.
